     Whether the subjects are florals, landscapes, still lifes or her personalized Custom Fine Art for her clients, Diane's Photographic Fine Art has been called "impressionistic", "soft", "painterly", "remarkable" ... and always "unique".  Her images have the uncanny ability to create a restful, peaceful state in those who either see them for the first time, or who have owned them for a while. 

   Throughout the years, exhibiting and winning acclaim in the New England area, she creates both her Portraiture and her photographic Fine Art in color, black and white, or individually hand-colored black and white.

"Despite the negative aspects of the world,
there is a prevailing beauty...a positive life force that  shows up every day in the natural environment.  It doesn't have to be a magnificent vista, or a breathtaking sunrise.  It's there at your feet - or an arm's length away - in a wispy, dancing milkweed about to burst from the seed pod that contained it, or in a huddling group of sun-kissed raindrops on the delicate petal of an iris after a quick Spring storm.

Just like a special time in someone's life, these are unique moments, and when they are captured, they are really gifts.  They gently remind us that the time we take for granted every day...is passing.
